How to Take Consistent Physique Progress Photos

The strongest progress-photo system is deliberately boring. Use the same location, similar light, same camera height, same approximate distance, same lens or phone camera, and the same set of poses. If possible, photograph under similar conditions such as morning before training. Consistency reduces the amount of visual change caused by the photography itself.
