Nutrition, calorie, training-volume, progression, and body-weight tools also rely on assumptions that may not match an individual user. Even when content discusses peer-reviewed research, group-level findings and probabilities do not guarantee an individual response.

Use calculator results as one source of information. You remain responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for your circumstances and whether professional review is appropriate before acting on it.

6. Your Responsibilities
